The Art Store was established in 1972 by Sherry Lovett. In 2008, Lisa Fischer Casto purchased
The Art Store. Fischer-Casto
and her staff carry on The Art Store’s reputation for honesty and integrity with collectors, artists,
museums, dealers and
designers.
We continue the mission of being a gallery dedicated to showing original 20th century
and contemporary American art by leading
local, regional and nationally recognized artists. Professional integrity, commitment and
vision are the criteria for artist selection,
with many artists having a history of exhibitions and museum placement. Painting, sculpture, photography,
fine art prints and
ceramics are among the disciplines presented. A diverse series of solo, group and invitational shows
are exhibited throughout
the year in the gallery.
In addition, The Art Store expert framing staff takes pride in offering distinctive custom framing
at a competitive price. We have an
extensive selection of quality custom frames and only use the finest conservation materials available.
We are an art source for the first time buyer as well as the seasoned collector. We welcome
all art enthusiasts, visitors and
students to come visit when in Charleston, West Virginia. We are located at 1013 Bridge Road in the
Bridge Road Shops section
of South Hills. We offer free parking with ADA accessible parking at the rear entrance.
Open Tuesday through Friday, 10:00am – 5:30pm and Saturday, 10:00am -5:00pm. Anytime by appointment.
